The info toolbar has no tools to run; as the name suggests, it shows the user information about the cursor's current location and the number of points loaded. It is located at the bottom of the view.
The first number describes the view-point height. The user can adjust the value by clicking the number.
The second number describes the view-vector length, which shows the distance between the target point and the 3D view camera's focus point. If this value is smaller than 1, the zoom speed gets slower.
The third pack of numbers shows the marker point's coordinates. The user can manually adjust these by clicking the coordinates.
The last number shows the user the total amount of points loaded into the 3D view.
