There are two solutions for request an update for the Sentinel HASP h/w keys. You can choose whichever suits you better.
- Open the following URL in your browser: http://localhost:1947/ As result you'll land at the Sentinel Admin Control Center (ACC).

- Navigate to the Sentinel Keys page from the left side menu.

- Choose the C2V button at the end of the line of your key.
Can't see any C2V button?
a) Navigate to the Configuration page
b) At the bottom of Basic Settings tab check the following checkbox:
- ACC will generate and download a C2V file from your hardware key.
- Send us the .c2v file.
- We will send you back a V2C file. When you receive this file, navigate back to ACC
- Navigate to the Update/Attach page.
- Browse in the V2C file and hit the Update File button.
- Everything is set, you are ready to use the software!
- Download the remote update tool from this link.
- Start the software and navigate to the “Collect Status Information” tab.
- Select the “Update of existing protection key” radio button, and press Collect Information.
- When the software prompts, save the generated .c2v file to your hard drive.
- Send us the .c2v file.
- We will send you back a .v2c file. When you receive this file, please start the tool again and navigate to “Apply License File” tab.
- Use the “…” button to browse the received .v2c file and press the Apply Update button.
- Everything is set, you are ready to use the software!
